these sounds of ceaseless renewal: as landscapes flitter by in grey blurs, as distant lights dance in your eyelids, a warm feeling deep in your chest radiating outward. i never want to leave the places these songs so effortlessly and delicately conjure. played them more times than i count, perhaps even more than the other LPs. i love this album so so so much. An amazingly intricate, beautifully crafted sophomore album. I dare say this is definitely up there with "The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place" aidanlatham2

This recording really hits the sweet spot. Mogwai are always consummate masters of live recordings, and this release is no exception. So much flow and feeling. Like a carefully thought out compilation tape. A real art. Brendan Long
